In a recent ranking by Forbes Magainze They rated Houston as the “coolest” city in Texas!! I have lived there and in Austin Texas for over 18 years and I am not sure what their ranking criteria was but it must be high use of concrete, dangerous driving, and urban sprawl as their criteria if Houston if cooler than Austin:). Austin TX has some of the least expensive homes for being one of the coolest cities in the country! We have more green space than you can ride in a week. We have swimming holes, live music, hippies, cowboys, hipsters and everything in between. What can be a cooler city than that. What do you think?
