Anyone who lives in S. Austin from Circle C, to Shady Hollow, to Travis Country, to Sendera, to just about anywhere in the 78745, 78749, 78748, 78736 zip codes will appreciate this. For years it has been difficult for us South Austinites to get onto 290 headed towards I-35 from MoPac. Friday that all changes. They will officially be opening the flyover from MoPac to 290. We have been watching the half started ramp for years wondering if the freeway would ever be completed. I cannot wait to drive on it:)!!
